A junior IT Support / Admin employee, the best-suited individual will meet the below minimum requirements

• Grade 12
• International MCSE qualified or international equivalent A+ / N+ entry-level IT qualification
• ITIL Foundation an advantage
• Microsoft 365 experience
• AD
• Mobile Technology certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Minimum 2 years desktop support experience
• Previous Service Desk Support would be beneficial
• Some server and network support experience
• Strong Admin and Time Management Skills
